you know what's awesome about rain?
umbrellas.
not only do i have the pink kitty-eared umbrella tam tried to torture jess with, but i also have a sassy polkadot one.
oh how i miss my see-through one that dumb travis broke :(

what's so awesome about umbrellas exactly?
well... i now have the excuse to use a weapon of mass difusion against all those annoying strangers that walk by much to closely to me.

goodbye hideous cheap perfume nostril assault!
adieu noxious residual crack fumes from tenderloin junkies!
arrivederci straight-up rank B.O.!

if only i could deploy my stylish weapons at the bart so that the impatient assholes that won't wait for ppl to exit bart will poke themselves infinitely against the spokes of my torture device.
I guess thumping them with my bag will have to do.

When I was a kid I was absolutely amazed that the majority of umbrellas in Japan were clear or colored clear plastic. That brings back a lot of memories.

see-through umbrellas are the shit, in situations of wind+rain when you have to tilt your umbrella at different angles it's extremely handy to be able to see in front of you, especially if you're as clumsy as me.

they pop up on ebay every once in a while, if you have an account you can make an alert and when an item with your keywords 'emily umbrella' is posted it will email you.
if you don't have an account i can make an alert on mine for j00.
